CSV or Excel import: your catalogue on Exantrix with nothing to install

No online shop, or an export from your POS or management software? Upload a CSV or Excel file from your seller area: one row per product, known references are updated, new ones are reviewed by Exantrix before going live. Nothing to install, no technical account.

What the connector does

• .csv files (separator ; , or tab, detected automatically) or .xlsx, 10 MB maximum, up to 5,000 rows per upload.
• Free headers, in French or English: reference / sku, titre / title, prix_ttc / price, stock / qty, categorie, images, description, information, marque / brand.
• Images by https URL, several per product separated by |; downloaded and converted by Exantrix.
• Update by reference: upload the same file again after changing prices or stock.
• Background import with a summary email (created, updated, errors row by row).

Setup

1. Download the CSV template from your seller area (CSV or Excel file block) or export your catalogue from your software.
2. Check the three required columns: reference, titre, prix_ttc (tax-included price in euros).
3. Choose the Exantrix category of your products in the Your online shop block (3D, DTF, textile, flocking, cutting), unless your file has a categorie column.
4. Upload the file with the Import the file button. Exantrix reviews new products before they go live.
5. For stock and prices, upload the file again on each change, or move to the API to automate.

Requirements

A validated Exantrix seller account with an active Stripe payment account. A spreadsheet or an export from your software.
