Terms and Conditions of Sale of Exantrix

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the relationship between Exantrix.com, operated by Exantrix / Tony dev web, registered under number 810953562, whose registered office is located in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website exantrix.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

1. Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products and/or services offered by Exantrix.com.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Any order placed on Exantrix.com implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms before confirming their order.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration purposes only and do not engage the Seller's liability.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The Customer confirms their order by clicking the "Confirm" or "Pay" link at the end of the ordering process. A confirmation email summarising the order will be sent to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay by bank card through the Stripe payment platform, by PayPal, or by any other means offered on the site. Transactions are secured by an approved payment service provider.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made within the time frames indicated at the time of the order by the carrier La Poste, via Colissimo or Chronopost. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed by email. Risk is transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless the error is attributable to the Seller.

9. Warranty and liability

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

10. Personal data (GDPR)

The Seller undertakes to protect the Customer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés). The data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the customer relationship.
The Customer may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection by writing to: coucou[@]exantrix.com.
Data is never passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

11. Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies (CSRF security token and login session cookie), which are exempt from consent. Audience measurement is provided by GoatCounter, a self-hosted tool that sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Exantrix.com. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.

14. Customer returns policy – Exantrix

We pay particular attention to the quality of our products and services. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, the following return conditions apply:

14.1 Non-personalised products

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used, damaged or worn. Returns must be made in the original packaging. A refund or exchange may be offered after inspection of the product.

14.2 Personalised products (DTF, 3D, engraving, cutting, etc.)

Made-to-order creations are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event of a production error or defect attributable to Exantrix. No returns will be accepted for errors in size, artwork or files supplied by the customer. If there is a problem with your file, we will contact you.

14.3 Manufacturing defect or error

If an error or defect is found, contact us within 72 hours with supporting photo(s). After review, we will offer a replacement, a reprint or a refund depending on the situation.

14.4 Returns and shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part. Refunds are made within 3 to 10 days after the return has been approved.

We are located in the west of France to produce your projects; you can find us at pop-up stands and events, or through our online shop, to answer your requests.

16. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to resolving a dispute amicably.
